| Name: Temari Age: 17 Year: 6th House: Gryffindor Weapon: Great Iron Fan Pet: None as yet Background Information: Temari is the daughter of the Kazekage of the Ninjizard village of Sunagakure. Jokingly referred to as "Temari-hime" by friends, mostly because of the irony of her wish to not be referred to in such a manner, she prides herself at being the bad-ass bitch that she is. Due to recent unrest between the Hidden Ninjizard villages and the death of the Kazekage, Temari was requested to be temporarily withdrawn from Hogwarts for a year and a half by the political advisers of the Kazekage. As a result, Temari must to Hogwarts at 17 years of age to complete her 6th-year education and beyond. Temari is a talented and knowledgeable Ninjizard (or Ninjiwitch, although that term is rarely used) who has always had a recognizable knack for magic and fighting. Therefore, it is much to her annoyance that she is not immediately promoted to 7th year as requested. She has no reserves in expressing such disdain towards the head figures of Hogwarts. Back in Sunagakure, as a ninjizard specializing in wind attacks, it is her preference to use a large, iron fan in battle. Even though Temari is well aware that she might not be needing her weapon in Hogwarts, she returns to Hogwarts each year with it and allows it to gather dust in her dorm. Temari may appear to be quite cynical and analytical, which tend to drive most men away - especially those expecting women to be of a more submissive demeanor. However, although she she tends to appear quite rough around the edges, Temari possesses quite the compassionate heart. Temari has two younger brothers - one of which she hasn't seen in quite a while. Her youngest brother, Sabaku no Gaara, went missing without a trace one night along with their father, and the very next morning, the Kazekage claiming - with a perfectly stoic face, mind you - to have searched every nook and cranny of Sunagakure for his youngest. Ever since, she has been conditioned to believe her youngest brother dead, and was told to not speak of him in fear of upsetting the Kazekage. After her father's death, she began working out the numerous kinks in her father's story and took the liberty to secretly investigate the stories behind her brother's disappearance. She stubbornly disbelieves the stories and aims to somehow find her youngest brother. [[Edit]] Now that she has found her youngest brother in Hogwarts, things has progressively gone downhill, it seems. She is increasingly worried at Gaara's taciturn nature. Even though she is probably the only one who is closest to him at the moment, she still has problems communicating with him, which worries her to no end.
